This episode has been recorded virtually, as we comply with recommendations to stay at home in the face of this pandemic. And, it is home that is the subject of this episode – or rather, a museum in London dedicated to it. Taking on the name The Museum of the Home, the former almshouses that are host to its collection have undergone an extensive architectural transformation and help the museum shift how they present and talk about domestic life, and what “home” really might mean. A conversation with Sonia Solicari, the museum's Director, and Naila Yousuf, a senior associate at award-winning practice Wright & Wright Architects that leads the team working on the redevelopment of the Museum of the Home.
