White City Place Hosts The Second Tech Talks Live In The Studio

White City Place was delighted to welcome back Tech Talks Live, the audience based panel discussion hosted by the Tech Talks podcast founders David Savage and Jack Pearce, for their second event in the WestWorks. Located in the Studio, the latest edition featured a discussion on ‘AI, what’s next?’, with a panel of Helene Guillaume, Founder of WildAI, Kate Levchuk, author of blog KateGoesTech, and Avril Chester, CEO of Cancer Central UK.

In addition to the AI debate, there was a feature on building a successful tech business with Sian Abigail Brady from Tech Talks and Hui Wang from Koala. The show closed with the announcement of the Tech Talks Tech Personality of the Year Award, which was won by Tessa Clarke of OLIO. OLIO is an app which connects neighbours with each other and with local businesses so surplus food can be shared, not thrown away.

Questions from the audience were asked via Twitter and following the discussion, pizza and beer were served and there was an opportunity for networking. The event was streamed live from The Studio on Twitter, and the podcast will be released on Thurs the 16th of May.
