White City Place welcomed local Shepherd’s Bush charity, Bassuah Legacy, throughout January for a series of healthy eating sessions with nutritionist, Rachel Alderson.

Bassuah Legacy is dedicated to fostering social inclusion and providing vital support for single parents and their children. With Rachel Alderson’s expertise, the sessions focused on three main objectives; empowering participants to make informed and healthy food choices, enhancing overall family health, and boosting energy levels while promoting a sense of well-being.

The course was free to all single parents and was accessible in person and online. Participants emerged from the course armed with a deeper understanding of their family's health and well-being and felt equipped with practical knowledge to action a nutritious lifestyle.
