Roll out your mat and join Dora for some healing and soothing moves. Let’s get out of our heads and into our bodies, mobilise and balance our energy and find some true restoration in our breath .
These sessions are simple, fun and suitable for all levels including beginners.
Dora has been a dedicated student of Yoga for over 20 years with more than 12 years of teaching experience and a regular mediation practice. Each class is underscored by a strong emphasis on the breath with Pranayama practices and Yogic philosophy incorporated into the flow.
