West London Zone, a local charity which works to provide additional opportunities and support to children and young people in our area, hosted its end of year celebration in The Studio in The WestWorks at White City Place.
The celebration was to reflect on the charity’s hard work throughout 2021. In summer 2021, 503 young people completed the West London Zone programme, with 7 out of 10 finishing the programme with good mental health and social skills. There are now 1,338 young people currently on the programme.
West London Zone’s CEO, Louisa Mitchell, said "We are so grateful to Westworks for providing us with a space in our local community to celebrate the work of our team. In another challenging year, West London Zone staff have gone above and beyond to help young people in West London to go on to thrive. We can't wait to celebrate in such a wonderful space!"
