The QPR Community Trust partnered with White City Place to offer young people outside of education, employment and training a week of work experience and personal development across the two sites.

For two days the young people visited White City Place to gain experience of working with a number of the on-site teams including landscaping, engineering and reception.

The programme developed employability skills, provided professional networking opportunities and gave the young people something useful and unique to add to their CVs.
