We’re delighted to announce that Oneder, a coworking and workspace provider, is launching its latest flexible workspace hub, Kindling, at MediaWorks in White City Place.
Set to open in April 2026 and with 20% of the space already taken, the new fully serviced workspace will cater for solo entrepreneurs and teams ranging from 1-150 people. The workspace will offer a mix of private fully serviced offices, coworking, hot desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, a large event space and collaborative varied work zones designed to drive growth and community.
Kindling members will benefit from a complimentary onsite barista, a dedicated community team, generous breakout spaces, stocked kitchens, a programme of curated events and flexible membership options.
David Kaiser, Founder and CEO of Oneder, says:
“We believe workspaces should be more than a desk offering a space and place where people want to work, not have to work. A place for people to enjoy, connect and have fun alongside the space and facilities to carry out productive and focused work.
We found our missions, values and ambitions aligned closely with Stanhope and we look forward to further enhancing the dynamic, vibrant and creative environment they’ve built at White City Place.”
Lara Samworth, Leasing Director at Stanhope, says:
“Oneder’s growth story and values align with our vision for White City Place. Their focus on people and long-term business success is exactly what we’re trying to foster at White City Place, making them a natural fit for MediaWorks.”
Oneder will join the expanding hub of innovation at White City Place, part of the wider White City Innovation District, one of London’s growing centres for research, creativity and enterprise. Anchored by White City Place alongside Imperial College London and Scale Space, the district brings together academic institutions, life sciences companies, creative businesses and technology start-ups in a connected campus environment designed to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and long-term growth.
