To accompany the growing life sciences hub at White City Place, fully fitted laboratory and office space with rooms for tissue culture, lab prep, glass cleaning and eye wash stations, are being constructed in the MediaWorks Building.

Stanhope and Cadillac Fairview will be working with Morgan Lovell to transform office space into labs and support the blooming life sciences cluster in White City. Additional lab space will increase the existing 130,000 sq ft, occupied by life sciences companies, including Novartis, Autolus, Engitix, Synthace and Vivan Therapeutics, to 154,000 sq ft.

Due for completion in May 2024, the Cat B lab space will be available for immediate occupancy and will be let by agents Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank.
