Today the UK Life Sciences Real Estate Annual Conference to White City for the second year running.
Over 500 people are due to attend the one-day conference at Imperial College London’s Translation and Innovation Hub, part of the White City Innovation District. The conference spotlights West London as a home for life sciences with continued investment and growth.
Claire Dawe, Head of Asset Management at Stanhope, is speaking alongside partners Imperial College London, Cadillac Fairview and Engitix on ‘Evolving Occupier Demands and Attracting Life Sciences Talent’ and Jonathan Trout, Property and Commercial Director at Stanhope, is speaking on ‘Clusters and Collaboration’.
Building on the success of a sold-out 2022 conference hosted at White City Place, this event reflects the successful partnership of Stanhope and Cadillac Fairview in developing life science hubs in the UK, not just at White City Place with recent investments in Cambridge Science Park and agreeing a joint venture with Thomas White Oxford Ltd to deliver Oxford North, a £700 million new global innovation district.
