Cutting Edge Group

Music financier, producer and service provider, Cutting Edge Group (CEG), is moving into the vibrant new business suite at White City Place, the innovative business district being developed by Stanhope with funders AIMCo and Mitsui Fudosan.

With offices in London, New York and Los Angeles, CEG invests in 30-40 films a year. Its extensive portfolio includes providing investment capital and music services for more than 400 feature films including The King’s Speech, Whiplash and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri and a number of high profile films, due to be released later this year.

Through its vertically-integrated service companies and partners, including the Varese Sarabande label and production company Cutting Edge Originals, CEG offers a fully equipped music department for independent producers. This includes the management of music licensing, representation of content creators and investment in music budgets for film and TV Studios.

As a company that actively seeks out gaps in the market, CEG’s experience makes it best placed to lead the way in innovation and entrepreneurship in the film, TV and music business.

Philip Moross, CEO of CEG said, “We love the history and potential of the area. Moving to White City gives us the opportunity to collaborate with the most exciting companies, and to provide the best experience for our staff, both during work, with the onsite amenities, and after work with its socalising and dining offerings. We are excited to witness first-hand the redevelopment of White City over the next few years, as it is further established as an aspirational destination of choice.”

David Camp, CEO Stanhope said, “White City Place delivers for the most innovative and exciting organisations - whether start-ups, scale-ups or global brands. CEG is well suited to this location and we are delighted to announce its arrival, which - alongside brands like Jellycat - further confirms White City Place as London’s most dynamic new business district.”
