Active Successful Engagement with Hammersmith & Fulham Parent/Carer Champions recently hosted their event ‘Building Trust’. This event was a groundbreaking occasion that successfully brought together residents of H&F who identify as Black African and Black Caribbean to discuss health inequalities.

As part of a borough-led initiative, this event provided a platform for individuals to share their experiences with NHS and Council officials, to begin important conversations to lead to tangible improvements in our local health and care services.
